Happy Feet, Hands Next

I went to East West Massage http://eastwestmassagewa.com  in Chinatown yesterday to get an herbal foot soak and massage - a belated birthday trip I was taking my good friend, Shareen to. What a great day. It was beyond relaxing.  In a sort of painful way...Looking at the reflexology chart seems to explain why my hands are always numb lately....when they pressed on the outside of my right foot where the "arm" reflexology point is, I almost jumped out of the chair.  Maybe the nerves in my arms are really messed up! I think it's time to set up an acupuncture appointment so that I can feel things with my fingertips!

Looks like I forgot to actually publish this live....This is why my work came to a screeching halt. I think I wrote this in January....
